You're in Dublin and could choose between Capital Brewers, we meet in the city centre usually last weds or Thurs of each month.
You also have South County Brewers but I'm not sure how active they are at the moment.
You also have Garden County and they meet in Bray which may also be convenient for you

I am based in Blackrock Co Dublin and am doing bits and pieces brewing wise. Prior to COVID tye South Dublin brewers met each month and we still have a WhatsApp group. It's on me to try and find a replacement venue to meet in as previously we were meeting in the Wetherspoons in Blackrock (now called the Blackrock). DM me and I can give you more information.
