White Grape, Peach and Apple Turbo Cider

I did a similar one back in february with just cloudy apple juice  and Lalvin EC1118 Yeast.  I sampled it last week and really liked what I tasted.  I stuck that first brew away to get better with age (hopefully) and decided to do another one, so I put this on tonite as I had a spare half hour.

I added 200g Aldi Light Brown Sugar and 500ml Aldi White Grape & Peach Juice to a small pot, heated it to dissolve the sugar then turned off heat and added two teabags.  I let this sit for about 30 minutes to allow the teabags to steep.
In the meantime I added 2ltr Aldi Apple Juice and 1.5ltr Aldi White Grape & Peach Juice to my glass demijohn.
I removed the teabags from the pot and poured (using a funnel) the tea/juice/sugar mix into the Demijohn to bring it upto 4ltr.
I topped upto 4.5ltr with cooled boiled water.
Gave her a good shake, checked gravity then pitched a tablespoon of Youngs Dried Active Yeast.

Hopefully this turns out as good as the first one.
Been in the demijohn 2 hours and fermentation has started already.
