 Galena, Chinook, Pacific Jade, Simcoe and two rounds of Dry-Hopping.

No citra? I had a glass there and found it very footie or musty, I had a hurricane aswell which was similar and that has simcoe citra. I made a beer with Amarillo simcoe and citra and had that flavour I tjought it was unfresh hops maybe it's dankness??

I read in that other thread you were drinking Jackhammer too, thats also Citra and Simcoe (plus Amarillo and Columbus).

Chris has no problem sharing the recipe but no one has mailed asking for it yet. No idea of the exact quantities per hop but the schedule looks like this iirc:

FWH with chinook.
Galena at start of the boil.
Chinook & Pacific Jade at half way point
Mosaic with 10 or 15 mins to go
More Mosaic at flame out.
Dry hop is with simcoe  2g per litre and 3g per litre.
