Great day assured as usual down here in kildare 5 euros on the green bus from dublin.
Come along to a great brewing venue with a successful reputation for quality beer, hospitality, great food and a relaxed feel.
This is the first in a series that will focus on lager brewing with the aim to more people interested in brewing this style.

Lager represents the vast proportion of beer sold on the planey but few people brew it. We got numerous medals in the nationals based on lager recipies and lager yeast including our two medal winning ales that also used lager techniques. Clean crisp refreshing lager beer is absolutely possible at home without specialist fridges for fermenting, however we can show you at least a half dozen ways to make your own chiller for next to nothing....now ur into lager teritory.. This is all ion an effort leading to our proposed lager comp that will hopefully encourage more people to enter lagers in the nationals.

We are planning a double brew one in a braumeister ( half automated brewing machine) and the other in our standard mashtun setup.
Anyone interested in lagers, braumeister and all-grain brewing dont miss out.
As usual we have Kellie's legendary food creations, our south Kildare "Master brewer"  beer samples ( as quoted by Official Master brewer Dodge) and lots of great tips and ideas fromThe NHC 2014 "Best Brewer" Brendan.

All welcome please let iust know.

Camping available for anyone interested and overnight indoor or ourdoor camping is here.

Anyone interested dont hesitate to ask some questions

Hi Bren,

What time will this be kicking off? I might be able to make it out for a while. I'd be interested to see the braumeister in operation and check out your own setup. What time will you actually start mashing in?

I just brewed a munich helles myself recently. It would be great to swap ideas.

Cheers,
Peter
