They bought the Brown Paper Bag Brewery (which they never actually used themselves) and plan to do all sorts of great beer. There was even mentions of coolships somewhere

The guy (Richard) was at a few Galway home brewers meetings before he went pro. He was making some fantastic beers then so I've high hopes for sheep stealer.

are saisons the new pale ales! seems like everyone is starting doing them. there is a beoir meetup in the headline same night so should have a few fimilar faces around

A few weeks of warm weather will turn any well planned pale ale into a seison whither you like it or not. I'd say there is a bit of style jumping going on with home brewers when it comes to bjcp decloations.

USA is belgian mad.
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.
