2nd Brew - Bulldog Bad Cat

Hey All, first brew all bottled safely and carbonating away nicely, while bottling I had to clean and sterilise etc so stuck on brew no. 2 immediately, went with the Bulldog Bad Cat,

like em strong I do !!, 

So its been fermenting away now since Sat. 28th and took a hydrometer reading on sunday and suprisling its dropped to about 1.012, so I'm wondering when to add the two hop tea bags that came with, instructions says 4/7 days but I know from other post to pretty much ignore them and 2/3 weeks in primary seems pretty normal from my online reading + leaving them in too long is not a good idea.

anyone else done this brew or can advise. Have no problem leaving for 3 weeks, dont have a secondary at the moment to rack it off into so its gonna have to stay in primary for now and don't want to make a bags of the bags
