I really liked Rossa's single-hopped Bramling Cross ale. It's the kind of hop that should work very well in an American style IPA with something like Centennial. I'll definitely be getting some (maybe off Rossa if he's up for swapping  )

Tube is "Bramling X King" and had 5Kg all on his own at one stage

I have to say that Rossa's Bramling X ale was the best beer of the evening, by far. I've never tasted a beer quite like it - it was like the most intense berry (blackberries, redcurrants) flavour you could imagine. If I was just handed the beer without knowing what was in it, I'd have probably said it was a fruit beer, to be honest.
