Sorry now lads have a bit of a confession to make. the last two michAles's somehow got drank..... thence I've nothin to bring to the tasting on Tues I'm sorry!!!! tho I could stretch to bake something as that is a much more time efficient way of making tasty treats..... apple pie r something

Looking forward to lengthly discussions about next brewday plans in AUG 11.... BramlingX and I think  Weiss with a last minute Orange for the fermentation bucket....

Was hoping to attend this as the South Dublin brewers meet was cancelled last week.  However doing a grain collection run tomorrow evening so will have to give it a miss.

An IPA I brewed with RichieH carbonated quicker than anticipated (thanks to a cheap chest freezer I picked up) so I'll bring along a few bottles. Unfortunately, my Lager has taken a turn for the worst since I transferred it to my serving fridge. I think the cold lagering temp held whatever is ruining the beer in check. At the higher temp in the serving fridge the off-flavour has become noticeable. Worth tasting all the same to see if we can figure out the problem.
