Count me in. I was very impressed with Partidge's extract recipe and would love to try it soon. Better to see how it's done first, as have only done kits in recent times.

I nearly didn't spot this.

Myself and my mate Fergus nearly restarted the commercial hops industry in Ireland last year just outside Kiltealy in Wexford. I have a lot of information both on paper and in my head about the commercial realities of such a venture, if anyone is interested.

Shane, James (P9) said he'd do the handouts for me I just need to waffle away in my own inimitable way:
