Hi all

New to the forum.  Dabbled about with kits about 18 years ago  ??? , but travelling, work and life sort of stopped me from doing further. Have got back into some kits, but moving towards my first with my own grains etc from the how to brew 'bible'.

I use to work for one of the big brewers in Ireland, but not in a brewing role, so my lazyness in not home brewing, was because I got plenty of free beer  :)

Anyone who is looking to take someone under their wing via here or in person (obviously when Covid allows) I would be delighted for any support.

In terms of favourite beer type, well I love them all, but would be a fan of stouts, red ales, and fruity IPAs.  I do love trying experimentals as well

I do believe I want to progress into kegs reasonably quick, as I can't be arsed washing 100s of bottles  ;D

Welcome to the club. You have a very active homebrew club in Belfast. I've no doubt that they would take you under their wing.

There's lots of info on the forum that might help you along the way.

If you have any questions just ask.
