I'm looking to buy a shiny length of 1/2" stainless steel piping to make a dip tube for my HLT/Boil Kettle. Where can I buy SS piping?
Also whats the best way of getting a nice tight 90 degrees bend without kinking the pipe?
Thanks.

B&Q maybe? I know Dempsey got his stainless from totalstainless.ie but they only do 6m lengths. I bought my dip tube kit pre made from http://www.ebay.com/itm/Stainless-Steel-DIP-TUBE-beer-keg-homebrew-kettle-mash-/280687201657?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item415a42cd79

You just give them your measurements & they make it to size for you. Pic of mine below:

You could use copper pipe too if you cant find a small piece of stainless & use a pipe bender for a kink free bend.
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

You can buy 1 /2" stainless steel pipe in B&Q but you will need a pipe bender.

@Il Tubo
That's very generous of you. I'll take you up on your offer.
Could you post it to me in Ardee, Louth. I'll pm you my address. Can you pm me your Paypal email so I can reimburse you the mailing costs.

I plan to attend the next meet up of Capital Brewers as I have a brother close by where I can crash afterwards. I'll let you know closer to the date.
Thanks again.
