Got curious today and checked the specific gravity. It's about 1.01 after 7 days of fermenting. It's still bubbling every 2 to 3 minutes.

Still keeping it at 28 degrees, but now the heat belt is on about 90% of the time.

How did this turn out in the end?

I started mine last week, kept it at 29C and it stopped bubbling after 6 days. On day 8 (today I noticed it had come from 1.051 down to 1.003, so I dry hopped it today and hope to bottle in 2-3 days
