The hops look American - but its more bitter and doesnt have the sweet citrus finish - so its somewhere in between - so that kinda contradicts the cascade they claim to use - thats why I went with the WIllamite in secondary.

Its very clear and almost lager colour-  so I left out crystal - I had Will around to help formulate the recipe .. ok we were only drinking proper job and chatting but formulating recipe sounds better !  ;)

Just an update - this brew went well, the desired colour - ie VERY pale - worked as expected, unfortunately the tube I was using to transfer from the boiler to the fermentor slipped out and I didnt notice for a few seconds
- I donated about 2 litres to the brewing gods ..  :(

Pitched at about 17 - rising to 19 now and bubbling nicely.

How is this coming along?

I'm a big fan of proper job! Wouldn't mind giving it a go sometime soon!

Going well - just finished primary - entering dry hopping and cold conditioning over the next 3 days.
