Looks nice! Could I brew a witbier with half irish pale malt or marris otter & half flaked wheat? Or do I need a pilsner malt?

Edit: Did some more googling. MO not suitable for wit.
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.

Lovely!

Will be interested to hear how this turns out, definitely want to try something similar soon.

Mine is in secondary at the moment. WLP400 stinks so bad. Its defo not a beer to be sniffing during fermentation.
