Belgian wit yeast any one ? In limerick urgent ;( had liquid wlp410 but it never started ;( need asap as wort in fermenter already for 24h. Will give it back after xmas......
Sorry, I'm all out at the moment! Maybe contact the Homebrew company, they were good enough to help me out last time and posted yeast immediately, I got it the next morning
Actualy got yeast from them and all grain lately and not happy ;( yeast is death and grain crush is not good .... 2 brews now and not impressed . Will try diff. Malt from them now as it is grain it self or crush .... never had that bad before with precrushed malt from geterbrewed... but all malt was german or irish malt from cork ... that time got hooked with price for minch malt and it is disaster. barely hit my numbers, a lot of foam , protein in wort
