Title: Beer Heading Liquid
Post by: seino on December 04, 2018, 08:17:10 PM
Not sure if I'm posting this in the right section, but there ya go.

Just wondering if anyone has ever used Beer Heading Liquid, and if you'd recommend it?

I bought a bottle on a whim a while back, but haven't used it yet. I don't really have too much concern about the head on my IPAs and Dark Ales - when I get the carb levels right it's good enough - but I have my first Stout in the fermenter at the moment and considering adding some of the BHL during batch priming to (hopefully) ensure decent head retention. A stout just isn't the same without it.

Worth as shot? Waste of time?

Cheers all.

I bought a sachet years ago and never used it.
I guess you could split a batch and compare...
