I recall reading this about fenugreek in Randy Mosher's Radical book.

Though fenugreek has a slightly unpleasant side effect. It does a similar thing to sweat as asparagus does to urine.

Anchor website claims maple syrup used. Maybe it's just for a portion of carbonation

Dogfish Head have a few beers with maple syrup in them as well. I think they "finish" it with maple syrup so it might be pasteurised beforehand so the syrup isn't fermented out.

Well there's at least 3 of us interested in giving this ago. If we're going to do this for the xmas gig we'd need to get it on the go very soon. Is it realistic to aim for the xmas gig?
