Teamster: cows don't look like cows on film, you gotta use horses.
Ralph: what do you do if you want something that looks like a horse?
Teamster: eh, usually we just tape a bunch of cats together.

Same principle applies to beer

Are you going to go the maple syrup route Damien? Be interesting to see how they compare.

I'm going to add as late kettle addition to batch
Split at secondary with no fenugreek & some fenugreek

Any idea of qty of fenugreek per litre to use

I plan on adding about 10g of toasted and a crushed seed to secondary.
If it needs more I can always add it but I can't take it out. ☺

I might split secondary into

10 litre @ 0g
5 litre @ 1g
5 litre @ 2g

Getting my fenugreek/maple beer on this evening now that competition brews are out of the way.

Anybody else getting one of these on soon? Would be cool if there were a couple to compare at Feb or Mar meet.
