Anybody done any intentionally or by accident and results they want to share?

Yes!

Back in my kit brewing days, I was rather fond of the Coopers Pale Ale kit, which comes with a combination ale-lager yeast. Gives great results - nicely fruity from the ale yeast, but the lager yeast dries the beer out and leaves a really crisp ale.

I've never tried the WhiteLabs Cream Ale product, but it's on the "to do" list.

@Bubbles - how did your Brett "blending" work out in the end that you mentioned at the last meet?

Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

I haven't a clue fella. All safely tucked up in a corny keg in the shed. I'm not going to touch it for another few months. Will report back though.
