Hi all. Just joined NHC. Been a fan of craft beer for about six years now and brewing naturally extended from that. Been brewing for about four years or so. My first brew was a home pressed cider. The success of that propelled me into beer making. I trawled the Internet and built an all grain brewery based on three kegs. I've not looked back.
