Knocked this up a few months ago. 3kg wheat spraymalt, 3tsp nutrient and 4ml isomerized hop extract (10 - 15 IBUs) made up to 22L and rehydrated WB06 yeast added. Changed my mind a bit after 11 days and added liquid from boiling 25g curaco orange peel and 3tsp ground coriander. Bottled after 16 days, OG 1.051, FG 1.008. Ended up very nice very quick - bit of a mix of Paulaner and Hoegaarden.

Recycled the yeast for use in a similar batch made with 4kg of Weyermann liquid hefeweizen extract (essentially wheat LME) and no additions other than iso extract. Not as nice - some bottles a bit TCP-ish, some a bit twangy, some fine.

Reused the yeast again for an extract weizenbock hell - this has turned out horribly twangy so far (only 4 weeks in bottle) - hopefully it will improve!
