Due to a slight mis-delivery decided to put this one on:

Vintage White Port

Wine Buddy 5 Gallon Chardonnay Kit
4 kgs Sugar

These are 1 gallon kits:
1 Tin Youngs Country Peach
1 Tin Youngs Elderflower
1 Tin Youngs Resiling

Made up to about 21 L

SG = 1.115

Pitched with Alcotec 48 Turbo Yeast ( good to 20% )

Will ferment out and then add more sugar and tins as required
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

So I take it this will take on a tawny type colour from the addition of the elderflower? So kinda like a Rosé rather than a white?

At the moment its a slight golden yellow - defo no pinks or reds.

It was E'Flower that I added!

It may age/oxidise to a pale tawny but sure we'll see.

Should really dig out my old port and wine casks. Used to use a 4.5 and a 6.5 gallon chestnut casks for aging.

Still have them!

Elder flower...I really must process what I'm reading, was thinking berries obviously.
