Hi all, Enda here, currently based in Enniskillen. I haven't been brewing for a while but am itching to get back into it again. Its great to see a new Irish Homebrewing site on the go since I was on the scene last. I love the idea of local Homebrewing clubs and hope to get one started in the Enniskillen area real soon. (just need to find some members!).

Thanks Alan, Yes, this forum was setup by Il Tubo a few days ago in response to questions regarding setting up a new club http://www.nationalhomebrewclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,4027.0.html At least we have a name now just need a few members.

Ok I remember reading that thread shortly after I became a member here on the forum and didn't know you had posted in that thread until I followed the link you posted. Maybe give nudge by pm to spacebandit if you haven't already and see if ye can get something going.

I was thinking of putting up some posters in the local Pubs to try and see if there was any interest locally in starting a club. Has anybody done anything similar? Would I be able to use the Logos Of NHC for this purpose?

Yeah definitely! We did a bit of flyering using the logos and font in off licences, homebrew shop/suppliers and Queen's. There are templates etc. available on the NHC and associated logos thread, the one we used is at the bottom.
