Reckon Im not on my own here, I tend to mix a few different beers (for tasting purposes only), & always try to go from lightest to strongest so as not hide flavours going from a strong to weak. but feel a palate cleanser would help, I did have a cup of tea tonight to try, but anyone have something better?

Isn't crackers what the pros use?

Dry bread?

Dunno, suppose drying out the mouth & maybe water to wash down might work. Just wish someone would come up w/a Beer thats a palate cleanser. Like when I was in Brew Dock earlier & they had the Galway Chinook table beer (basically a easy drinking beer)

I use crackers mainly. Sometimes they're dipped in hummus but normally dry cos I'm just too lazy

Water or crackers, or if you were stuck you could probably use Bud etc.

Galway Chinook table beer, you say? That's an interesting sounding name!
