Yeah its been relaunched as a cheaper option beer, I can get in my local in Tullamore for €3.70 or 3 pints for a tenner
Tapped: Brown Porter, Dortmunder, Rye IPA
Bottled: Barrel RIS, Barrel Red Flanders, Oatmeal Stout
Fermenting: Barrel triple, NEIPA
Planned: Pilsner, Hazy Pale Ale, something Belgian

LordEoin

Last time I saw it was in Tramore last summer, think it was €3.50 a pint or thereabouts.

Eoin

I quite liked the stuff compared to how it stacked up to the usual suspects in my local.

Haven't had that stuff in a while. Have they introduced any taste to it yet? Oh wait, I get it now - like Tetleys and John Smiths -  as long as it tastes 'Smooth' it doesn't need any other discernible flavour. Clever.

They had it in my local which not renowned for its selection of beer. Gone now and replaced by Rebel Red.

I'd take that trade, but in a local which normally only has the standard "macro" stuff it's certainly an improvement for me.

I am a big fan of English bitter and this one is decent in that respect.

How much is it a pint?

How much is a pint of Beamish? Last time I was in the Dome it was £1.50!

If it was alongside Beamish at that price I reckon I'd have Beamish......

It was very creamy smooth but tbh to me it had a very bland taste, nice mild bittering but i felt not much else in the way of flavour, also thought it very thin on the mouthfeel. That being said at 3.50 euro a pint i would drink it again. ;D
