When do the barrel entries need to be in? We should taste a few of ours and choose one to enter.

thats just my personal taste, the judges could be looking for something completely different

We should all put them in. Apart from the bragging rights, it will also mean that whoever does win (assuming one of us does and not another barrel aged stout) can go over their process with the others and we can all learn from it.
