Just printed entry form and noticed that there's no beer name on it.
It's visible on the label but not on a entry form.
Is that correct or wrong?

The name is on the very top of the page as a header:
Beername/Entry Form

Also there is no Entry number printed.

I believe both are just "features" of the s/w we got from the BJCP!

Here's what I got on the entry forms I printed.
No beer name there...

Unless your beer is called "TinybutStrong"!!

The fact you triggered an error probably upset the heading line.

Are your other beers OK?

Plus - It doesn't really matter! The labels have the entry number and thats all thats needed to find it in the entry database!

It actually does, cause there's no number on the entry form.

If in doubt invoke manual back up system:

1. Obtain Pen

2. Write on entry form: Name of Beer and Entry Number

3. Sorted!
