Doing a brew today while im at work ! The power of the Braumeister !!

Its a 6% IPA.

Was thinking of using Galaxy, never used it before - any recommendations ??

They are great. Late hop and dry hop or both. Lovely.

Late hop, late hop and more late hop.

If you want to know how lovely these hops can be, pick up Stone & Wood pale ale if you can

Twisted Hop by Hilden is also full of Galaxy.
