HI Everyone

Getting back in to brewing now after a short brewing layoff of 4 years (moving to IRL 2019/Covid lockdown)

I do Full grain brews, and am in the process of ordering new kit for the new brewing shed being built.

Usually brew on a  Bulldog brewing system, with some temp controlled chest freezers/fridges for making baltic porters/fruit ales etc.

Mostly do things like Belgium Tripel, Baltic Porters, Blonde's

Hi, and welcome back to the brewing. There is a few brewing clubs near you.
South County been nearest then you would have Capital brewers and Garden County brewers in Wicklow.
