Do we want to pencil a tasting for the14th or 21st? 21st is the night before the comp.

Would the 15th suit people? I won't be able to make the Friday night.

I would say that the 14th of 15th would be out, as that is Paddy's weekend, and we usually keep the meets away from bank holiday and busy weekends, as the place would be close to capacity without us. The night before the competition isn't great either, as ideally we would be fresh for the Saturday.

We could push it back to the 28th or 29th.

Do we need to meet before the competition to finalise anything? Some school night would do if it was just an hour or so?

As for a tasting night, I'm booked up this month but the 28th/29th might suit.

I had considered this, but I think once you fresh and early on the day you should be good.
There will be a certain amount of learning on the day but nothing too tricky.
