New to the brewing

Hello everyone. I'm new to brewing beer. To date, four beers are available using ready-made kits that my friends and loved ones have appreciated. I would like to prepare and compose my own, a unique flavoured beer. In general, I like to create something from scratch, cook and small technical projects.
I am hoping to learn something more advanced and work out the taste that others may appreciate. Sláinte!

experimenting can be fun but also think of what you like to drink. I see you like smoked bacon so if you like smoked stuff you should look at using smoked malts.

Thank you for the welcome and the tip. I'll consider your advice when I get some experience in all-grain brewing. I think I am at the pre-school level yet
