Title: South Central Brewday, Milleas Pub, Thurles, Sunday 10th August
Post by: CARA on July 21, 2014, 08:09:54 PM
The 2nd Sunday in August is the next South Central (Tipperary) brewday. I'll have bottled last months pale ale by then so will bring a crate along for people to take away and a few bottles of our first brew, the Irish Red, for us to taste and determine its worth for the GCB competition.  Nibbles and dips (Big tasty hotdogs again I'd say) and beery chats as usual. Blond and a rotational tap from White Gypsy on draught, Stonewell Cider, Evil Twin, Mikkeller, Ohara's, Chimay in bottle aswell as homebrew.

What should we brew??

All welcome!

What time is the meet kicking off at?
Myself and my brother do a bit of brewing and will call in assuming nothing comes up in the meantime.

Hi Monty, welcome to the site!
We usually get there for about half 1 or 2pm, get the water boiling, and have a pint :)
