Title: oz pale ale bottled up.....when to get stuck into it???
Post by: rje66 on October 11, 2014, 11:06:05 PM
It's in bottle now for 2 weeks@ 19degrees carbing up. Will move to cooler conditions soon. With these kits , after bottling up when is best time to get into it... :P :P :L.. Will a few more weeks in the shed improve it??

3 weeks is the minimum with kits but if you can hold out for 6 weeks then your hitting premium level, but that is usually quite hard.
