Title: John Bull IPA
Post by: rukkus on April 14, 2013, 07:02:38 PM
I won't have time for a brewday for a few weeks so I picked up a John Bull IPA kit in tesco earlier. I have no spray malt but I do have some holland and Barrett lme and loads of hops.

Suggestions ...?

I've never used Holland Barret LME, but this thread might help you there: LINK (http://www.jimsbeerkit.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=44310)
I'm drinking a Cooper's IPA at the moment which I dryhopped with 40g Bramling Cross and 40g Styrian Golding, it's very nice.
If I was going to make it again I'd probably bitter it up a bit with a 45-60minute EKG boil.

What did you use instead of sugar?
