1st time using wlp001
I did a SNPA clone last night
I think all went well except for a leak in the im chiller hose (sorted within 2 mins)

Mash held between 66/67 for 40 mins then dropped to 64/65 for remainder
Got 23L cooled to 20 in 20 mins
SG 1054 (target 1056 from brew pal), just ran it through beer smith and sg target was 1053, I'm  happy now.
Pitched yeast wlp001 and put into chamber set at 20c
Since I think everything went pretty well I want to make sure the ferm is at correct temp (white labs page has a wide temp range)
Anybody have experience with this yeast? Is 19/20 a good temp or do I higher or lower temp?
Cheers for advice, and call in for taste if you're passing 😜
Beer
1 is good, 2 is better, 3 is enough & 4 isn't half enough

Last time I used it I think I went at 18 and then ramped up to 20 near the end to ensure full fermentation.

However, if you started at 20, don't ramp it down now, as that will leave off flavours. Generally, start low and only ever go up.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter
