Well it's the end of August and the evenings are getting darker. Time to start thinking about beers for Christmas.
This year I've decided to split up my beers. I've 8 taps, 4 in the house and 4 in my shed. I'm going to keep the house taps and regular 4-6ish% beers, mostly hoppy pales.
The shed beers is where the fun starts. I've 2 weeks hols coming up and plan on brewing my yearly barleywine for one tap. other then that I'm undecided. Brown ale , DIPA and prob a stout for nitro tap will probably all make it on but would love to do something different. ideas welcome.
So whats everyone else planning?
and your address is?

:) :) :) :)
Vanilla, Coconut, Coffee, Tonka, Raspberries all lend themselves to a nice stout.
A big double Roggen would be my request
@fishjam45 (Colin) are you soaking ground Tonka in vodka, then adding to fv?

Yeah, I ground a couple of beans up and added to a clean yeast vial of vodka and soaked. Added to FV when primary fermentation was finished.
So final lineup is.
1. NCB barrel aged framboise
2. Extra Stout
3. English Batleywine with the grains from brewcon
4. Irish red on nitro
5. Citra/topaz pale ale
6. Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe ipa
7. 3x Decoction Pilsner
8. Amber weiss
Should keep my going. What's everyone else got pouring over the Christmas?

2) Azacca, Centennial & Cascase Rye IPA
3) Citra, Mosiac & Galaxy Pale Ale
4) English Porter
5) Extra Stout
6) Cherry Flanders
