How you all doing lads? Is everyone back brewing again? What you got in the fermentors? I've bottled and tasted a 6.3% Amber ale, a 6.5% golden ale and I've just bottled a 4.0% citra pale ale.

Nice. Never heard of a coconut beer. Sounds interesting. I love a nice mango beer on a hit day but never ever heard of coconut. I'll have to try it some day

Toasted coconut goes very well in a chocolate porter.

Sabro (https://www.yakimavalleyhops.com/product_p/hopssabropellets16oz2019.htm) hops also give a hint of creamy, coconut aroma/flavour too.
