Oxygen flow meter

Got an oxygen cylinder and regulator form Wholesale Welding Supplies going from the guide of this site. I ordered the flow meter on ebay from a seller who said was based in Cavan but got shipping details and it won't arrive till next month so think I got done by a seller not disclosing he ships from China. Now I'm brewing a Quad this weekend so am wondering what to do. Is it a bad idea to use the oxygen without the flow meter? Watched a few videos on YouTube and none seem to have this meter. Or does anyone know where I could pick up one in Ireland or England so I'll have it before the weekend.
