I don't understand this stuff about induction hobs. Are you saying it won't work with a stainless steel pot?

Garry

The pot has to be magnetic. Some cheaper stainless pots are not magnetic  >:(

delzep

most stainless steel is non magnetic

What max diameter pot will it hold? If it takes my 18L pot will complete my induction brewery.

I think there's a bit of tolerance in them..My 18L is 30. 26 sounds like a runner.

Dunkel

Are these widely available? Checked in my local Aldi (Finglas) today, and no sign of them.  :(

Have to say mine works like a charm. However, as an extract brewer I'm only boiling around 12 litres at a time - but the hob is plenty powerful for my needs  :)

Fceking thing will blow up now I've said that  >:D
