Title: getting juice from apples
Post by: Dr Brown Ale on October 01, 2020, 04:54:31 PM
hey guys

I have somewhere in the region of 10kg of apples in my freezer (sweet apples from a neighbours tree)

how will I get the juice out of them, given I don't own an apple press and won't have any money to buy one :)

You planning on making wine or cider?
For wine yu can grate them up and steep the pulp in water.
For cider you can grate them up and strain through muslin.
