Has anyone used this malt yet, any reviews?
I have had a beer made with this when I was in the UK. Waitrose used to have an own-brand bottled ale (dont know who actually made it), and one of them used this malt. But we are talking maybe 3-4 years ago.
I was so spoiled for choice with english ale that I didnt take any notice of the merits of the malt variety or its heritage.
