The South Dublin brewers home brew group will be meet in Three Tun Tavern in Blackrock village.

The next meet is on Friday 4th of May @20:00.

Lads I've 3 bottles from a brew with out of date yeast-that THC inadvertently sent me... long story short it was a massive under pitch...
Rossa kindly did a sniff, taste and spit and has identified a few different off flavours which meant that at least something was learned from the ruined batch....
I can bring one of those for anyone who wants to compare their off flavour identification to Rossa's analysis.. in the safety of your own home away from any other beers!!
Don't drink it tho as it's likely to be fairly toxic to the ould liver cells

Just to point out to old members who have not attended in awhile that we now meet in the Three Tun Tavern in the centre of Blackrock village. Looking forward to tomorrow should be good craic.
