We're 5 batches in - at about 110l
We still need at least another 70l (about 20l staying in barrel from previous batch)

Dr Horrible

I think Donal has about 15L brewed, FG 1.030. I have 3-4L of the 'seed' Brett stout to add and also a keg of stout as well that we can use if we're stuck.

If we get 20L each we're looking good.

Taking John's advice here and getting this thread back together. The Brett barrel has spent 4 years now with the stout in it and its a pretty interesting beer, shared a bottle last night at the meetup. Plan going forward is to make this a 'solera' type barrel, so if anyone fancies a keg, they just have to call up to me with a keg of Impy stout to replace what's going to be taken out. I'm biased but I think that's a good deal!

Hey Jason,
I thought the sample was really good, and I'm up for nabbing a corny worth.

I will dm people directly to see who is interested in grabbing some.
It might be best to schedule the swaps

Topups should be to the original recipe and be subject to QC before going in.
To allow for shrinkage should we say 18.9l in and 15l out?
If people brew more than a corny, they just bottle it off.

The Keg in/Keg out procedure sound like dialysis!
