Hi I'm [another] Shane,
I have been brewing about a year and a half, I started out with kits and eventually migrated though extract to eventually brew with all grain.
I love the process of brewing so whenever I see people trying to reduce the length of their brew day, I don't care as I want to cherish every second of it. Cleaning is exempt as I fcuking hate every bit of that.
I'm currently trying to do a PhD in Electronic Engineering so if people want to play with electronics, I am well up for that! :)
I originally got into brewing when I was having one of my first craft beers when Mulligans opened and I decided that I wanted to try this for myself. I haven't regretted it and it is by far the most rewarding hobby I have ever undertaken. I find the other brewers to be extremely friendly and welcoming which seems to be a common trait amongst other prospective brewers.
