So what is a "Dairy Thermometer"! It might help us!

Or is it a typo for "Derry Thermometer" as used in the troubles to check the local unrests?

It's used in  cheese and yoghurt making . Most sites 'recommend getting a dairy thermometer '.
.definitely not for putting where the sun don't shine🤔🤔🤔
