Title: Best BBQ / Smoker on Youtube
Post by: nigel_c on April 13, 2017, 10:33:38 AM
Have been watching a load of vids on smoking lately and found this guy to be the best.
Very easy to follow, detailed, likable guy who really knows his stuff.

Some of the stuff he cooks looks amazing.

This is a great idea, especially for ribs.

Any pointers to a half decent Gas BBQ?
Not a big ape of a thing, but looking for one that will last.

Ive never liked the gas bbqs, friends of mine have bought the big ape bbqs and there not as good as a charcoal bbqs.
Ive a Webber and its great , the important thing i find is that to have the charcoal to one half of the bbq so when your cooking theres a cool side for you to do
some indirect cooking or to keep food hot. Ive done slow roasts as well as the usuall bbq'ing

anything with lava rock does a great job.
If you can find a cheap outback grill you'll be set for a very long time
something like this http://www.adverts.ie/gas-bbq-s/outback-3-ring-burner-100-works/12819374
