Title: Home made flaked barley
Post by: Shanna on May 09, 2013, 08:10:41 PM
Hi there

Was wondering if anybody reading this thread would have a roller device that could be used for creating flaked barley. I have a lot of unmalted barley that I would like to use.

I think that you need to steam the barley first to make the sugars convertible then roll it.( not sure of this ) but I do know you can roast it for stouts.
