Title: Muttons Kits
Post by: bbreal on November 11, 2014, 05:26:18 PM
Hi, new to this forum and newish to home brewing. I'm currently working on an American Light Lager and Cerveza from Muttons. I've the Cerveza done since Sunday and I'm planning on brewing the American Lager at the weekend. I hope to have them drinkable for Xmas but not going to rush anything. Anywho my query is have anyone brewed any of these from Muttons, kit stated to bottle after 6 days but I think I'll leave it in longer. Have you done anything differently etc. Thanks.

i'd leave it longer than 6 days to be sure that it's fermented out completely. 2 weeks would be my usual amount of time in the fermenter.

Hey Bbreal,

Hav a look at my muntons cereveza brew.... I was pleased with results but might do but diff next time...

In the end it was clear, crisp nd refreshing .. Bit malty nd not same colour as corona bit darker.... Taste comparison tho was bit like Heineken
