Has anyone tried these cider kits and would recommend?

After a fermentation disaster with my group buy juice, I'm looking to fill a slot in my cider pipeline..

I have a  pear one fermenting now. This is my first ever cider kit (for the missus ) so I will have nothing to compare with.
