Tis the time to brew something for Christmas.
Using up a few bits and bobs from the stores!

Wills Winter Warmer

Final Volume 23 L
Original Gravity (OG): 1.084
Final Gravity (FG):  Est 1.023      (By Beertools)
Alcohol (ABV):        Est 7.2%
Colour (EBC): 80
Bitterness (IBU): 27

3kg Marris Otter
0.5 Kg Wheat
1 Finlandia Ale kit

0.1 Kg Chocalate Malt
0.3 Kg Belgian Aromatic Malt
0.5 Kg Crystal Malt
0.5 Kg Special B

0.45 Kg Black Treacle

40 gms Northern Brewer ( Home grown ) ( 60 mins Boil)

1 tsp. cinnamon (15 mins)
1 tsp. nutmeg (15 mins)
1 tsp ground ginger (15 mins)
1 tsp allspice (15 mins)
1/2 tsp. cloves (15 mins)
5 satsuma oranges quatered (15 mins)
8 green cardomon pods

20 gms Hallertau Mittlefru ( Home grown ) ( 10 mins )
1/4 tsp. Irish moss (10 mins)

Single step Infusion at 67°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermenting  at 19°C with Rochefort yeast from Adam
( grown up to a 1 litre starter )

Bubbling away and smelling great.
